- The transaction/reference ID shown in your banking or MFS app

Important: We do not, and cannot, collect your card numbers, CVV, PIN, or mobile financial service (MFS) credentials — your payment happens entirely within your own banking or MFS app, which we never have access to. Our staff manually cross-check the reference ID you provide against our own account activity to confirm payment.
